About the Role
At Friendlier we make it easier for the world to say goodbye to single-use food waste!
As a delivery driver and key customer success individual, you will play a pivotal role in working closely with our customers to promote reuse and Friendlier's reusable takeout containers. This position involves exceptional customer service and pick-up/deliveries to customers. You will be responsible for delivering/picking up containers from customers and bringing them to our washing facility and most importantly, be the trusted go-to for our customers.
You will be doing deliveries & pick-ups of reusable containers from participating locations, while doing deliveries of new containers at the same time. You must be able to lift a 15 lbs box.
You will be responsible for positively representing the Friendlier brand on all deliveries and pick ups.
Act as the Client Liaison and provide client feedback to our Sales and Customer Support Team
Be an ear to the ground and share discovered opportunities for Friendlier to grow
Requirements
Required skills:
Clean driving record
Delivery driving experience in GTA, Toronto core, and Southwestern Ontario
Strong customer service - outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people regularly!
Professional and effective communication skills
Able to take initiative and work individually
Team player
Passionate about sustainability and our mission to eliminate single-use waste!
